Omi Doula Birth & Wellness, we value the trashy place in us and strive to provide compassionate, reliable care. This Refund Policy outlines the terms regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds for our services.

Deposits and Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure doula services. This deposit reflects the time preparation and availability reserved for each client.

The remaining balance is due according to the agreed payment schedule outlined in your service agreement.
2. Cancellations by the Client

Prenatal or postpartum support services may be cancelled with at least 14 days’ notice before the 1st scheduled session. In such cases, partial refunds (excluding the non-refundable deposit) may be issued.

Labor and birth support services canceled after 37 weeks of pregnancy are non-refundable, as your doula has reserved availability for your birth window.

If services are cancelled by the client before 37 weeks, payments made beyond the deposit may be refunded by 50%
3.Cancellations by Omi Doula Birth & Wellness

If we cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances and cannot provide a suitable backup doula, you will receive a full refund, including your deposit.

If a backup doula is provided and services continue, no refund will be issued.
4. Missed Sessions

Missed or unattended scheduled sessions without at least 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
5. Service Completed

Once doodle services have been fully provided (prenatal visits, labor support, postpartum visits), payments are non-refundable.
6.Payment Plans

Clients on payment plans remain responsible for completing and payment according to the service agreement, even if services are ended early, except in cases covered under Section 3 (Cancellations by Omi Doula Birth & Wellness).
