Welcome to Omi Doula Birth and Wellness. By assessing or using our website, booking services, or purchasing any materials, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully.

Services Provided

Omi Doula Birth & Wellness provides non- clinical support services, including but not limited to birth doula care, postpartum support, wellness guidance, and educational resources.

Our services are informational, emotional, and physical support only.
We do not provide medical care diagnosis or treatment. Always consult your licensed healthcare provider for medical concerns.

2.Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide accurate health information relevant to their care.
Clients agreed to maintain open communication regarding preferences, needs, and limitations.
Clients acknowledge that doulas do not replace midwives, doctors, or nurses.

3. Payments and refunds

Payments are due as outlined in your service agreement.
Payment plans may be available by prior arrangement.
Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy see refund policy page.
Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may be non-refundable.

4. Backup Doula Services

If your primary doula is unavailable, a backup doula may provide support. Client information may be shared with the backup doula solely for the purpose of ensuring continuity of care.

5. Intellectual property

All website content, written materials, guides, planners, and resources provided by Omi Doula Birth & Wellness all the intellectual property of the company.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any materials without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Omi Doula Birth & Wellness is not liable for:

Medical outcomes, complications, or health related issues.
Decisions made by clients, healthcare providers, or family members.
Any damages beyond the cost of services purchased.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved within the courts of King's county/New York.

9. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
